(Act No:35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings ROC: No:9457/2024/TCP5, dated:21.11.2024 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion or Agriculture use into Residential use in S.No: 81/1, Sevilimedu "A" Village, Extent of, 2500.00 Sq.m as per patta (0.62 Acres) to the Approved Sevilimedu Detailed Development Plan No:III of Kancheepurarn Local Planning Area consented by the Director of Town and Country Planning's proceedings ROC.No: 19800/2010/DP1, dated:05.09.2011 and the fact of this approval in Form No:

Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Kancheepuram Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

In exercise of the powers coferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the Review approved Master Plan of Kumbakonam Local Planning area under the said Act and issued in G.O.No:184 Housing and Urban Devt. Department dated 24.5.2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:25, Part II, Section 2, Page No:290 dated 29.6.2005.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in V.No.112/1 Annalagraharam village under the heading 1. Agriculture use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

2. Against the entry of Residential use zone (MR-6) S.F.No: 270/2,270/3, 270/4, 270/5 and shall be added after S.F.103.

3. Against the entry of Agriculture (AGW-4) use zone deleted and the expression 266 to 269, 270Part (Except 270/2,3,4,5) shall be substituted.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government order Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27, Part II—Section 2, in Page No:228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification at page No:879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 11th October 1995.

ii) Against Mixed Residential use (MR-7) the Ward-1, Block-57,T.S.Nos.(Old T.S.No.2112/6) New T.S.No.2112/2, 2114, 2115, 2116, 2117, 2118, 2119, 2120, 2122, 2124, 2125, 2126 shall be added

condition:

1. A canal passes through the proposed plot.In the letter dated 22.07.2024 from the Executive Engineer of wate Resouraces Department,Vennar Watershed Zone,Thanjavur a No Objections Certificate has been given.The Conditions mentioned in the above letter to be strictly followed.For the development works carried out near the water bodies, rules to be strictly followed.

2. Development works should be carried out as per Tamil Nadu Combined development and Building Rules 2019.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2ப) No.353 Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (C.L.U-1)] Department dated 16.09.2024. The following variations are made to the Madurai692 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1 Local planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.122, Housing and Urban Development UD4 Department dated 06.02.1995 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 260-261, Dated 22-02.1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Petchikulam Panchayat, Veppankulam Village of Madurai west Panchayat Union, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI, Agricultural use zone to I. Residential use zone (b.Mixed Residential) the following entries should be made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.F. No. 23/3 shall be deleted.

Against the entry 'I' Residential use zone (b. Mixed Residential) S.F.No: 23/3 shall be added.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.412, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated: 3010.2024, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [(UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of part lI—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 38. Muttukadu Village Page No.103 for the following entries should be made.

1. Muttukadu Village, against the entry 1, Residential use Zone the following survey number shall be added SF.No: 10/1A, 10/1B, 10/2; 13/1 Cpt, 13/2Apt, 13/2Bpt after the S.No.9.

2. Muttukadu Village, against the entry 7, Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted SF.No.10 (Except 10/1A, 10/1B, 10/2), 12, 13 (except 13/1Cpt, 13/2Apt, 13/2Bpt), 14,15, 16 instead of 10 & 12 to 16.
