2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority office.

Variation

1. Wherever the expression "Map No.4 & 5, DDP (CR)/DTCP/SPL. CTCP No.01/2003 occurs the expression DDP (V)/DTCP No.13/2024 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In schedule - IV Form No: 7 the against in Sl.No.3 in column No.4 the comprising S.F.No.162/2 should be deleted.

3. In schedule - IV Form No: 7 the against in Sl.No.3 in column No.4 the figure "147-52-0" acre shall be deleted and the figure "146-66-0" acre shall be substituted at that same place.

4. In schedule - IV form No.7 the following fresh entries shall be added.

Under the heading "Industrial I 11 use zone" the expression S.F.Nos. 112/1C, 112/1D1, 112/1D2 and 113/1B shall be before after the S.F.No: 325 to 337.

Under the heading "Agricultural use zone the expression S.F.Nos: 108 to 117 shall be deleted the expression S.F.Nos: 108 to 111, 112pt (Except 112/1C,112/1D1, 112/1D2) 113pt, (Except 113/1B), 114 to 117 shall be substituted.

Under the heading "Agricultural AG-48 use zone" the expression S.F.Nos: 217 to 219 shall be deleted. The expression S.F.Nos: 217, 218 (Except 218/1B), 219 shall be substituted.

Under the heading "Residential land use" MR 41 the expression S.F.Nos 93/1A and shall be added before the S.F.No: 102

Under the heading "Agricultural land use" AG 68 the expression S.F.Nos: 93 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 93 (except 93/1A) shall be substituted.

Conditions

(i) Against the "Agricultural Wet use zone (AGW1)"S.F.Nos.68/4,5B,6A,6C,8,76/4A, 4B,78/2, 3,4,5,8, 9,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 shall be deleted700 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1 (ii) Against Commercial use (PR-7) the S.F.Nos.68/4,5B,6A,6C,8,76/4A,4B,78/2,3, 4,5,8, 9,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 shall be added

Condition:

1. There is a channel in the east and south side of the proposed site on the western side of the site, there is Rukmani bound and a channel. As per FMB, there is a water body (Patta Channel) passing through the site. That Patta Channel has to be re-routed within the premise of the site and development has to be carried out retaining the patta channel. Also, development works has to be followed with regard to water bodies.

2. Development works should be carried out as per Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules 2019.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Kodimangalam Village S.F.No. 212/1B shall be deleted.

Against the entry II Commercial use zone Kodimangalam Village S.F.No. 212/1B shall be added.

No. 353/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the High Court hereby appoints Thiru.Himanshu Mangal, lAS., Assistant Collector (Training) [I.A.S. Probationer of 2023 batch] to be the Special Judicial Magistrate in the Virudhunagar District, from the date of assumption of charge. Further, the aforementioned I.A.S. Probationer is permitted to record the evidence and write judgments and orders in English. The powers may be withdrawn as and when he completes his training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur and confer upon him the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
