AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable and immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order also are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

Ms. No.698, Home (Police-VII), 18th December 2024, மார்கழி 3, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு–2055.] No. II(2)/HO/32/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messers Sri Kandhan Nagar, Patlur nall road, Anthiyur, Erode District, as specified in23 Jan. 8, 2025] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE the Schedule to this Order, and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Erode District, appointed under the said Act.

The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Coimbatore is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Erode District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

properties of the accused No.2-Vasukinathan and he had purchased the said immovable properties in the name of his wife Tmt.Latha from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors of the said financial establishment;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of Tmt.Latha, W/o. Vasukinathan (A2) of the defaulted financial establishment Messrs V.K.L.Dairies Limited, functioned at Door No.300, Muthupura Agraharam, Ramanathapuram, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram District appointed under the said Act.

அ) ஊழியர் ஒரு மாதத்திற்கு உண்ணும் மானிய உணவுக்கான உச்சவரம்பு ரூ.100/- ஆக மாற்றியமைக்கப்படும் என்றும்,

எதிர் மனுதாரராகிய சான்கோ ட்ரான்ஸ் லிமிடெட் நிறுவனத்தில் பணியாற்றும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு 2022-2023 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான போனஸ் அவரவர் பெற்றுவரும் மொத்த சம்பளத்தில் தலா 20 சதவீதமும், கருணைத் தொகையாக ஒரு மாத சம்பளத்தையும் நிர்வாகம் வழங்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயம் தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

எழுவினா
மனுதாரர் திரு A.G. பாலாஜி ஓட்டுநர்(ப.எண்.சி20179), என்பவருக்கு நிருவாகம் வழங்கிய 25.11.2009 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவின் மூலம் வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வை 2 வருட காலத்திற்கு பின்தொடர்ச்சியுடன் தள்ளி வைத்தது மற்றும் தற்காலிக வேலைநீக்கத்திலிருந்த 29.12.2008 முதல் 31.01.2009 வரையிலான 34 நாட்களை அவரது கணக்கில் உள்ள நாட்களை விடுப்பாக கருதி உத்தரவிட்டதை ரத்து செய்து, மனுதாரருக்கு பணம் மற்றும் சட்டப்பலன்கள் வழங்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10 (2A) பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்வு அளிக்குமாறு கோயம்புத்தூர் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
