APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2046 FOR HOSUR NEW TOWN DEVELOPMENT AREA UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby publishes the approval of the Government under Section 28 of the said Act for the Development Plan 2046 for the Hosur New Town Development Area submitted by the Director of Town and Country Planning.
2. The approved Development Plan 2046 for the Hosur New Town Development Area with all its enclosures shall be kept open for the inspection of the public during working days in the offi ce of the Hosur Municipal Corporation during offi ce hours.
