"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Erode Amma Readymade Garments Tailoring Service Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd, Ind No. ED/9, Erode District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives) Chennai-32, vide Proc. No. 869/ICC1/2023-1, dated: 09.10.2024.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (Indl. Co-ops.). District Industries Centre, Erode has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation''.

For Publication of Award under section 23 of Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013,due to Administrative reasons time is extended for a period of 6 Months for Kavinadu West Village as mentioned in the table below as per the provisions given under Section 25 of the Act.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Namakkal Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority / District Town and Country Planning office.

1. Wherever the expression Namakkal DD Plan No.2"MAP No:5, DDP/R(SD) No: 05/1989 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No.14/2024 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the variation details specified in approved Namakkal D.D.Plan No.2 in Schedule No.IV (Form No.7) against entry in Sl.No.4 shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.

3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued U/s.33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Adjournment of Civil and Sessions Courts in Salem District for Summer Vacation and Holidays

during the year 2025

According to the rules made under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act in pages 64 and 66 in the Civil Rules of practice and Circular orders Volume-II, 1941 – Edition and in accordance with the instructions issued in the Hon'ble High Court's Official Memorandum in R.O.C.No.112341-A/2024/C3 dated 13.12.2024 notice is hereby given that all the Civil and Sessions Courts in Salem District, except the office of the part-time Official Receiver will be closed for the Summer Vacation and the Holidays for the year 2025 as given below.

2. The District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vazhapadi will function as Judicial Magistrate, Vazhapadi, The District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Edappadi will function as Judicial Magistrate, Edappadi & The District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Yercaud will function as Judicial Magistrate, Yercaud during Summer Vacation-2025.

3. All the District Courts, Subordinate Courts and Munsif Courts in this District will reopen on 2nd June 2025 after Summer Vacation.

No plaint, petition except application for grant of Certified Copies of document etc., and Batta Memos for Service and Execution of process shall be received by the Civil Court during the vacation.

The Office of the Copyists, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open through the vacation, No arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation.

Arrangements shall be made

1. For furnishing the necessary records and original orders to the copyist and Process Service Department. 2. For submitting the records to the High Court, Madras required for appeal etc.

3. For attending all Administrative correspondence.

In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular order and as ordered in Hon'ble High Court's Circular in R.O.P.2/64-C3, Dated 29.04.1964, applications in urgent criminal matters should be made to the High Court of Judicature, Madras, if no vacation Sessions Judge is appointed or in the absence of the vacation Sessions Judge for Salem District during the above adjournments.

Under section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1958 if a Vacation Civil Judge is appointed to Salem District, suits, appeals and other proceedings of the urgent nature will be received and disposed of by him in terms and rules that may be.

2. Holidays for all the Civil Courts of Salem District for the year 2025.

a) All Sundays are holidays for all the Courts in Salem District.

b) The following 11 Saturdays are working days for all the Courts including Family Court functioning in the Salem District.

04.01.2025, 01.02.2025, 01.03.2025, 05.04.2025, 21.06.2025, 19.07.2025, 02.08.2025, 20.09.2025, 25.10.2025, 01.11.2025 and 06.12.2025.

No. 360/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following 1 Tahsildar and 7 Deputy Tahsildars in The Nilgiris District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
