Whereas it appears that the Government has given Administrative Sanction for acquiring land a total area 2.89.81 Hec. (7.15 Acre) dry land for construction of Eriyur Government Arts and Science College in Sunjalnatham Village of Pennagaram Taluk in the Dharmapuri District. In this Scheme, all land acquisition lands are belongs to HR&CE department. District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri is appointed as the Land Acquisition Officer for this Land acquisition. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project, 7.15 acre land specified in the schedule below in Sunjalnatham Village of Pennagaram Taluk of Dharmapuri District under acquisition.

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Dharmapuri and office of LAO/District Revenue officer Dharmapuri on any working day during the working hours.

The persons affected by the land acquisition will be rehabilitated under the new Land Acquisition Act 2013 and the RFCTLARR Act -2013, rules 2017 in due course through separate course of action.

The Government is pleased to authorize the requiring department Higher Education Department and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in Section 12 of the said Act. Under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase, etc or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the District Collector.

Objections to the acquisition, if any may be filed by the person interested within 60(Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under Section 15 of the said Act before the District Collector.

தருமபுரி மாவட்டம், பென்னாகரம் வட்டம், சுஞ்சல்நத்தம் தரப்பு ஏரியூரில் புதிய அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரி கட்டிடம் கட்ட சுஞ்சல்நத்தம் கிராம புல எண் 571/1-ல் 0.50.60 ஹெக்டேர், புல எண். 575-ல் 1.38.00 ஹெக்டேர், புல எண். 576-ல் 1.01.21 ஹெக்டேர் ஆக மொத்த பரப்பு 2.89.81 ஹெக்டேர் (7.15 ஏக்கர்) இந்து சமயஅறநிலைத்துறைக்கு சொந்தமான கோவில் பட்டா நிலங்களை நில எடுப்பு செய்ய அரசால் நிர்வாக அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்திற்காக நில எடுப்பு அலுவலராக தருமபுரி மாவட்ட வருவாய் அலுவலர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். தருமபுரி மாவட்டத்தில் , பென்னாகரம் வட்டம் , சுஞ்சல்நத்தம் கிராமத்தில் ஏரியூர் அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியில் கல்லூரி கட்டிடம் கட்ட 2.89.81 ஹெக். (7.15 ஏக்கர்) பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலப்பகுதி கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது என இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதன் விரிவான விவரங்கள் பின்வருகின்றன.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013) 11 (1) பிரிவின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் தொடர்புடைய அனைவருக்காகவும் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது.

நில எடுப்பு அலுவலர்/மாவட்ட வருவாய் அலுவலர், தருமபுரி மற்றும் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர், தருமபுரி ஆகியோர் அலுவலகத்தில் யாதொரு வேலை நாட்களிலும் வேலை நேரங்களிலும் நிலத்தின் திட்டம் குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்யப்படலாம். நிலஎடுப்பு செய்யப்படும் நிலங்களில் பாதிக்கப்படும் நபர்களுக்கு 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மை, மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு உரிமைவிதிகள் 2017 ஆகியவற்றின் கீழ் அனுமதிக்கப்படும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமை கூறுகளை விதிகளுக்குட்பட்டு வழங்குவது தொடர்பாக தனியே நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.

மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12 -ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள மற்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு, நிலத்தில் நுழைதல், யாதொரு நிலங்களை அளவெடுத்தல், அடிமண்ணை தோண்டுதல் அல்லது ஆழ்துளையிடுதல் மற்றும் இது தொடர்பான அனைத்து செயல்களையும் முறையாக செயல்படுத்த கேட்புதுறையான உயர் கல்வித்துறை மற்றும் அவரது பணியாளருக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்குமாறு அரசிடம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. இச்சட்டத்தின் 11(4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், யாதொரு நபரும் நிலத்தை விற்பனை செய்தல் / வாங்குதல் போன்ற யாதொரு பரிமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாற்றங்கள் செய்தல் அல்லது மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாரம் இன்றி இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து யாதொரு வில்லங்கங்களையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.

கையகப்படுத்துதல் தொடர்பாக மறுப்புரை ஏதேனும், இருப்பின் இச்சட்டத்தின் 15-ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு இந்த அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்களுக்குள் பற்றுள்ளவர் அதனை, மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.
