தரமுயர்த்துதல் – காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டம் ஸ்ரீபெரும்புதூர், செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டம் மாமல்லபுரம் மற்றும் தஞ்சாவூர் மாவட்டம் திருவையாறு ஆகிய பேரூராட்சிகளை நகராட்சி மன்றங்களாக அமைத்துருவாக்குதல் – பற்றிய அறிவிக்கை.

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby declares the entire local areas comprised in the local authority of Sriperumbudur Town Panchayat to be the Sriperumbudur Municipal Council, the intention of the same having been previously published, as required under sub-section (1-A) of section 3 of the said Act.

Based on the above constitution, wards will be divided for the next General election.

NOTIFICATION - II

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby declares the entire local areas comprised in the local authority of Mamallapuram Town Panchayat to be the Mamallapuram Municipal Council, the intention of the same having been previously published, as required under sub-section (1-A) of section 3 of the said Act.

Based on the above constitution, wards will be divided for the next General election.

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after considering the objections and recommendations received, hereby declares the entire local areas comprised in the local authority of Thiruvaiyaru Town Panchayat to be the Thiruvaiyaru Municipal Council, the intention of the same having been previously published, as required under sub-section (1-A) of section 3 of the said Act.

Based on the above constitution, wards will be divided for the next General election.
