NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable property purchased by the accused No.4-Paramasivam and accused No.5-D.Kiruthika, Directors of the defaulted financial establishments, Messrs Muthu Land Developers Private Limited, Messrs Muthu Vilas Chits Private Limited, Messrs Nellai Muthu Vilas Sweets and Groups and Thanganagai Siru Semippu Thittam, functioned at Door No.53, 100 feet Road, 3rd Street, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified in serial numbers 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

AND WHEREAS, since the properties proposed above are not sufficient for repayment to the depositors and other properties that are procured from and out of the deposits not available, it is proposed to attach the immovable properties specified in serial numbers 1, 4 and 15 of the Schedule to this Order, which were purchased before the commencement of the said financial establishment;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of the defaulted financial establishment Messrs Sri Krishna Real Estate, functioned at Door No.155, Priyam Plaza, Santhi Pillaiyar Kovil North Side, West Car Street, Tirunelveli Town and District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District, appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District, is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. ஆண்டிற்கு 5% கணக்கிட்டு காலமுறை நிர்ணயம் செய்து. காலமுறை சம்பளத்தில் ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு படி எனக் கொண்டு காலமுறை சம்பளத்தில் சம்பள விகிதத்தை நிர்ணயிக்க வேண்டும். இதில் தொழிலாளர்கள் சேவை காலத்தை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டிற்கும், ஒரு ஊதிய உயர்வு கொடுத்து பொருத்த வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்."

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient monuments before the expiry of the said period of two months will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
