Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that the portfolios of "Khadi & Village Industries Board" hitherto held by Thiru R.S. Rajakannappan, Minister for Milk and Dairy Development be allocated to Dr. K. Ponmudy, and he be re-designated as Minister for Forests and Khadi.
