Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 06.03.15 Hectares of additional land is required in Thorakudi Village in Srirangam Taluk in Tiruchirappalli District for a public purpose, namely, in Cauvery-Vaigai- Gundar Canal Link Project, Trichy.
Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of additional land measuring 06.03.15 Hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in Thorakudi Village in Srirangam Taluk in Tiruchirappalli District whose detailed description is as follows:

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).
No family is affected and displaced due to this Land acquisition. Hence Rehabilitation and resettlement compensation is not provided to anyone.
Thorakudi Village in Srirangam Taluk in Tiruchirappalli District an Area 6.03.15 (in hectares) Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer, Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar Link Canal Project, District Collector's Office, Tiruchirappalli, Special Tahsildar (L.A), Cauvery-Vaigai-Gundar Link Canal Project, Tiruchirappalli and Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Special Division, Pudukkottai on any working day.

பொதுத்தேவைக்காக, அதாவது காவேரி-வைகை-குண்டாறு இணைப்புக் கால்வாய் திட்டத்திற்காக, திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டத்தில் ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வட்டத்தில் உள்ள தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தில் ஏற்கனவே நிலக்கையகம் செய்ததுபோக, கூடுதலாக 6.03.15 ஹெக்டேர் பட்டா நிலம் தேவைப்படுகிறது என அரசு கருதுவதால், திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டத்தில் ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வட்டத்தில் தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன அரசுத் திட்டத்திற்காக கையகப்படுத்துதலின் கீழ் 6.03.15 ஹெக்டேர் நிலத்தில் அளவிடப்படும் நிலம் குறித்து விளம்புகை செய்வது குறித்தான விவரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு:

2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்வு இழப்பீடுகள் பெற தகுதியான நபர்கள் எவரும் இல்லை.
திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள ஸ்ரீரங்கம் வட்டம் தொரக்குடி கிராமத்தில் 6.03.15 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள நிலத்தில் கனிமவளங்கள் இருப்பின் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்திற்காக கட்டுமான நிலையின் போது அத்தகைய நிலப்பரப்பை தோண்டும் போது (அ) அகற்றும் போது அல்லது பயன்படுத்தக் கூடிய சுரங்கங்கள் (அ) கனிமங்கள் நீங்கலாக, மேற்சொன்ன நிலப்பகுதியில் படிந்துள்ள நிலக்கரி, இரும்பு (அ) ஏனைய கனிமங்கள் தேவையில்லை.
