DECLARING THE NEWLY FORMED NAMAKKAL DISTRICT CENTRAL CO-OPERATIVE BANK AS THE PRINCIPAL CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY IN THE DISTRICT UNDER THE NATIONAL BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1981.

Under clause (d) of section 2 of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 (Central Act 61 of 1981), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby declares the newly established Namakkal District Central Co-operative Bank to be the principal co-operative society in Namakkal District with the primary objective of fi nancing of other co-operative societies in that District.
