The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are to be acquired for the Highway purposes to provide road connectivity from Mababalipuram to Ennore port as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project in No.74.Athangikavanur (Addl) Village, Uthukottai Taluk of Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby Additional lands acquires the Dry lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 12442 Sq.mtrs of lands in No.74.Athangikavanur (Addl) Village in Uthukottai Taluk of Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for the Highway purposes to provide Road Connectivity from Mahabalipuram to Ennore Port.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition), Highways-1, Tiruvallur @ Ambathur (Office address), and office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Unit – II, Highways -1, Tiruvallur may be inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for the Highways Department for "Forming a Link Road and Construction of Bridge Across Buckingham Canal Connecting Rajiv Gandhi Salai and East Coast Road" in Neelankarai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk of Chennai District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer, Highways, Chennai Metropolitan Development Project. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2614 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for "Forming a Link Road and Construction of Bridge Across Buckingham Canal Connecting Rajiv Gandhi Salai and East Coast Road" in Neelankarai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk of Chennai District.
