ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for the Highways Department to wit for the purpose of "Reconstruction of High Level Bridge at Km 0/2-0/6 of Ambalore – Eklaspuram Road across Palar River" in Vadakkupattu Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk Thirupathur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, (Highways) (Nabard & Rural Roads), Vellore -9. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 570 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of "Reconstruction of High Level Bridge at Km 0/2-0/6 of Ambalore – Eklaspuram Road across Palar River" in Vadakupattu Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk of Vellore District. The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways in Vellore may be inspected on any day during office hours.

N A R Y U n d e r s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f s e c t i o n 3 o f t h e Ta m i l N a d u A c q u i s i t i o n o f L a n d s f o r I n d u s t r i a l P u r p o s e s A c t , 1 9 9 7 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 12.9394 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO (LA), Tiruvallur and Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit, Tiruvallur which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 10.9100 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO (LA), Tiruvallur and Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit, Tiruvallur which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
