ORDER:-No.32, Home (Police-XIX), dated 25th February 2025.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Parivar Dairies and Allied Limited, Gwalior and Messrs PDA Foundation New Delhi, have defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

No. II(2)/HO/255/2025.— Under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords consent to the extension of the powers225 Mar. 26, 2025] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District appointed under the said Act.

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishments are not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable and immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first, second and third read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishments from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

3.The Special Government Pleader, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

North.- The boundary starts from the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 92, 91 and 110 of No.60, Andipatty village and generally runs towards northeast, east, south and east along the southern boundary of Survey Numbers 91, 111 and 116 of No.60, Andipatty village till it reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 116, 117 and 110 of No.60, Andipatty Village.

East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards south along the western boundary of Survey Number 117, 119 and 120 of No.60, Andipatty Village till it reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 120, 126 and 110 of No.60, Andipatty Village.

No.II(2)/ECCF/261/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the land within the boundaries specified in the schedule below as a reserved forest with effect from 10.09.2025.

The Schedule

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southwest, northwest and west along the northern boundary of Survey Numbers 126 and 127 of No.60, Andipatty Village till it reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 127, 109 and 110 of No.60, Andipatty Village.

West.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards northwest, north and northwest along the eastern boundary of Survey Numbers 109 and 92 of No.60, Andipatty Village and reaches the starting point.
