NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 3 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 (TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit, for the Expansion of Salem Airport and Formation of Maintenance & Training Centre and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 0.21.11 Hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes wit, for Expansion of Salem Airport and Formation of Maintenance & Training Centre.
The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer and District Revenue Officer, Collectorate Campus, Salem which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to be acquired for the Highways Purpose for "Construction of High Level Bridge and Approach Road at K.m.3/2 of the Road branching from K.m.29/8 of Cuddalore - Chithoor Road to Meliruppu Road across Kedilam River Connecting" in Siruvathur & Semmedu Villages, Cuddalore District, Panruti Taluk, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 2158 Sq.mtrs of R.Dry Lands in Survey No. 192/4A & etc., for the Highways purpose of "Construction of High Level Bridge and Approach Road at K.m.3/2 of the Road branching from K.m.29/8 of Cuddalore - Chithoor Road to Meliruppu Road across Kedilam River Connecting" in Siruvathur & Semmedu Villages, Cuddalore District, Panruti Taluk,TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 5 The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Villuppuram and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways (Unit-3), Collector Office, Cuddalore District may be inspected on any day during office hours.
