No.II(2)/HO/266/2025.—Under clause (1) of section 3 of the Prisons Act, 1894 (Central Act IX of 1894) and in partial modification of Home Department Notification No.II(2)/HO/6/2011 published at page 3 in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 5th January, 2011, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the prison buildings and the land appurtenant thereto in the premises at Gobichettipalayam Taluk in Erode District, to be a prison, namely, District Jail, Erode District at Gobichettipalayam.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Yashica Solutions, Vellore District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the immovable property specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

No. 71, Home (Citizenship), 15th March 2025, பங்குனி 1, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No.II(2)/HO/268/2025.— Under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords consent to the extension of the powers and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu to conduct a preliminary enquiry / investigation against the public servant Ms. K. Sharmila (Emp. Id.8594), the then Deputy Commissioner at Customs Commissionerate-VII (Air Cargo), Chennai, now, the Joint Commissioner posted at Hyderabad zone of GST & Central Exercise Directorate.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable property of Pachaiyammal (A5), Wife of Sekar, of the defaulted financial establishment Messrs Yashica Solutions, functioned at Door No.780/1, 1st floor, Big Street, Virinchipuram, Vellore 632104, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Vellore District appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Vellore District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

Order:-No.15, Home (Police-XIX), dated 29th January 2025.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Parivar Dairies and Allied Limited, Gwalior and Messrs PDA Foundation, New Delhi have defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, in addition to the Properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Orders first and second read above, the immovable property specified in the Schedule to this Order is alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable property of Messrs Parivar Dairies and Allied Limited, Parivar Bhavan, as Specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority, and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District appointed under the said Act.
2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Government Pleader, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable property purchased by A3-Jeyasasidharan (Director) and A4-Edwin Sudhagar (Director) in favour of the Defaulted financial establishment Messrs Unique Asset Promoters and Estates India Limited, functioned at Door No. 562/3, M.S. கோரிக்கை எண்.5 நிலையான ஊக்கத் தொகை (Fixed Incentive)
இதுவரை வழங்கப்படாத நிலையான ஊக்கத் தொகை அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் மாதம் ரூ.5000/- வீதம் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும் தற்போது தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு அவர்கள் பணியில் சேர்ந்த தேதியின் அடிப்படையில் முதல் பேட்ச் தொழிலாளர்கள் பெற்று வரும் அடிப்படை ஊதியம் ரூ.12,084/- உடன் மேலும் ரூ.5,000/- சேர்த்து இனி ரூ. 17,084/-யும், ரூ.9,991/-பெற்று வரும் இரண்டாம் பேட்ச் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு மேலும் ரூ.5,000/- சேர்த்து இனி ரூ.14,991/-யும் அடிப்படை ஊதியமாக வழங்கப்பட வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

இதுவரை வழங்கப்படாத பணிக்கால படியை இரண்டாவது ஷிப்டில் (B-Shift) பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு ஷிப்ட் ஒன்றிற்கு ரூ.100/-ம், இரவு ஷிப்டில் (C-Shift) பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு ரூ.150/- வீதமும் பணிக்கால படியாக வழங்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

No.II(2)/SWWE/276/2025.—2017-ஆம் ஆண்டைய தமிழ்நாடு இளைஞர் நீதி (குழந்தைகள் பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு) விதிகளில், விதி 2(H)-இன் படி மேலே முதலாவதாக படிக்கப்பட்ட அரசாணை மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ்தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழ் வெளியீடு எண். II(2)/SWWE/720/2022 under Part-II, Section 2, நாள் 31/08/2022-இன் மூலம் மாற்றியமைக்கப்பட்ட கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவின் உறுப்பினர்களை நீக்கம் செய்வதுடன், கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவினை கலைத்தும் அரசு ஆணையிடுகிறது.
தற்போது நடைமுறையில் இல்லாத பொங்கல் பண்டிகை பரிசு தொகையானது இனி வழங்கப்பட்டு. ஆண்டுதோறும் பொங்கல் பண்டிகைக்கு முன்பு ரூ.5,000/- பண்டிகை பரிசாக அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A), பிரிவின் கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்வு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை. தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
மேலும், கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவிற்கு, நீலகிரி மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவின் தலைவர் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்களின் பொறுப்புகளை கவனிக்க கூடுதல் பொறுப்பு வழங்கப்பட்ட நிலையில், தற்போது கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழு கலைக்கப்படுவதால் கோயம்புத்தூர் மற்றும் நீலகிரி மாவட்ட குழந்தை நலக் குழுவின் தலைவர் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்களின் பொறுப்புகளை கவனிக்க கூடுதல் பொறுப்பு வழங்குவதற்கு உரிய நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளுமாறும், குழந்தைகள் நலன் மற்றும் சிறப்பு சேவைகள் துறை இயக்குநர் அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்.
