Whereas it appears to the Government that at a total of 16.20.00 Hectares of the land is required in Vadakkuveli Village in Kilvelur Taluk in Nagapattinam District for a public purpose, namely, Tamil Nadu Agricultural College and Research Institute, Nagapattinam.
Now, therefore a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 16.20.00 Hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in Vadakkuveli Village in Kilvelur Taluk in Nagapattinam District whose detailed description is as follows:

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).
No family is eligible for Rehabilitation and Resettlement compensation in this village. Survey Number of lands to be acquired in Vadakkuveli Village in Kilvelur Taluk in Nagapattinam District, area 16.20.00 (in Hectares) Mines of Coal, iron stone , slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the Mines and Minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the Project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.

2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச்சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு, பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளை கேட்ட பின்னரும், உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்கள் ஏதுமில்லை. நாகப்பட்டினம் மாவட்டம் கீழ்வேளூர் வட்டம், வடக்குவெளி கிராமத்தில் 16.20.00 ஹெக். பரப்பளவு கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள நிலத்தில், மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்திற்காக கட்டுமான நிலையின் போது, அத்தகைய நிலப்பரப்பை தோண்டும் போது அல்லது அகற்றும்போது அல்லது பயன்படுத்தக்கூடிய சுரங்கங்கள் அல்லது கனிமங்கள் நீங்கலாக மேற்சொன்ன நிலப்பகுதியில் படிந்துள்ள நிலக்கரி, இரும்பு அல்லது ஏனைய கனிமங்கள் தேவையில்லை.
