NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU
HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

No. VI(1)/281(c-1)/2025.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways Department for "Widening of the Existing Railway Over Bridge at Km 20/8 of Mount Poonamallee Avadi Road" in Vilinjiyambakkam Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Metropolitan Development Project, Division – 2. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 278 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for "Widening of the Existing Railway Over Bridge at Km 20/8 of Mount Poonamallee Avadi Road" at Vilinjiyambakkam Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA-2) Highways, Tiruvallur and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit – II, Highways – 2, Tiruvallur may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.74 at Km 23/10 of Cheyyur – Vandavasi – Polur Road Railway Km 94/700 to Km 94/800 in between Pakkam to Acharapakkam Railway Stations" in No.4.Poraiyur Village, Cheyyur Taluk of Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Chengalpattu. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
