[MINISTERS – ALLOCATION OF SUBJECTS AMONG MINISTERS – ORDERS – ISSUED] The following Government Order is Published.—

Order : No. 296, Public (Special-B), 27th April 2025.

Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that the change of portfolios as indicated below:

(i) The portfolio "Electricity" hitherto held by Thiru V. Senthilbalaji among others be allocated to Thiru S.S. Sivasankar, Minister for Transport and he be re-designated as Minister for Transport and Electricity.

(ii) The portfolio "Prohibition and Excise" hitherto held by Thiru V. Senthilbalaji, among others be allocated to Thiru S. Muthusamy, Hon'ble Minister for Housing and Urban Development and he be re-designated as Minister for Housing and Prohibition & Excise.

(iii) The portfolio "Forests and Khadi" hitherto held by Dr. K. Ponmudy be allotted to Thiru R.S. Rajakannappan, Minister for Milk and Dairy Development and he be re-designated as Minister for Forests and Khadi.
