No. II(2)/HO/424/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the first paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notification No.II(2)/HO/1004/2022, published at page 1132 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 28th December, 2022:-

No. II(2)/HO/427/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notification No.II(2)/HO/1007/2022, published at page 1132 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 28th December, 2022:-

In the said Notification, for the expression, "Villupuram", the expression, "Kallakurichi" shall be substituted.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Ponmagal Enterprises, Tiruchirappalli District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

[G.O.(2D) No. 106, Home (Police XV), 12th April 2025, பங்குனி 29, குரோதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. II(2)/HO/428/2025.— Under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords consent to the extension of the powers and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu for registration of a case against Shri A.Amimas Winston Selvin, S/o Late M.Arockiam, the then Office Assistant, Office of the Joint Director of Collegiate Education (JDCE), Tirunelveli, R/o No. 1240, Narayana Bhavan, Arunachalapuram, "A" Colony, KTC Nagar, Tiruneveli, Present address: Plot No.55, Sinthiya Green City, Melakulam Road, Tirunelveli-627 351, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 (Central Act XLV of 1860) and Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (Central Act of 45 of 2023) and Section 66 of the AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first read above,the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs Ponmagal Enterprises, functioned at Door No.33, Keela Kallukara Theru, Eda Theru, Palakkarai, Tiruchirappalli District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfer the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in304 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part II—Sec. 2 sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable property of the defaulted financial establishments, namely, Messrs Surya Emu Farms and Messrs Sooriya Poultry and Emu Farms India Private Limited, functioned at Door No.174, VBS Complex, First floor, Omalur Main Road, Salem, in the name of accused M.Saravanan (A5) Partner of the Messrs Surya Emu Farms and Messrs Sooriya Poultry and Emu Farms India Private Limited, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Salem District appointed under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Surya Emu Farms and Messrs Sooriya Poultry and Emu Farms India Private Limited, Salem District, financial establishments, have defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishments are not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, the immovable property specified in the Schedule to this Order is alleged to have been procured 2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Salem District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Coimbatore, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Salem District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.
