Order : No. 322, Public (Special-B), 8th May 2025.
Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that the portfolio of "Law" hitherto held by Thiru S. Regupathy, Minister for Law be allocated to Thiru Duraimurugan, Minister for Water Resources.

Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that the portfolios of "Minerals and Mines" hitherto held by Thiru Duraimurugan, Minister for Water Resources be allocated to Thiru S. Regupathy and he be re-designated as Minister for Natural Resources.
2 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY2. In view of the above, Thiru Duraimurugan, Minister for Water Resources will look after the subjects Irrigation Projects including Small Irrigation, Legislative Assembly, Governor and Ministry, Elections, Passports and Law.
3. Thiru S. Regupathy Minister for Natural Resources will look after the subjects Courts, Prisons, Prevention of Corruption and Minerals and Mines.
