Confirmation of Variation to the Approved Sirudhur Detailed Development
Plan No.IV of Madurai Local Planning Area

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (2) of section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, here by confirms the following individual draft variation for Deletion of 18.0m wide A-A Scheme Road part and conversion of Public Purpose use into Residential use' in R.S.No. 34/8, 34/9, 34/10 with an extent of 2.00 Acre (0.81.00 Hectare), Sirudhur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai Corporation, Madurai District in the Approved Sirudhur Detailed Development Plan No.IV of Madurai Local Planning Area by Director of Town and Country Planning, Proceeding in Roc. No. 12607/1997/DP2, Dated: 16.11.1997 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.20. Part VI—Section 1, Page No.697, dated: 27.05.1998 and the said notification was published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.09, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.270, dated: 28.02.2024, Publication No. VI(1)/189/2024.
Since no objections and suggestions have been not received on the draft notification within the stipulated time, the same are hereby confirmed and ordered as below.
Confirmation of Variation
1. Where the expression Sirudhur Detailed Development Plan No.IV, Map No.4, DDP (MR)/ DTCP No. 10/1997, occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No. 01/2024 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. Based on the Variation the details specified in Sirudhur Detailed Development Plan No.IV, 18.0m wide A-A Scheme Road part and Public Purpose part shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.
3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued u/s 33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part lI—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2g) No. 462, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 10.12.2024. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 122 Housing and Urban Development [UD4] Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7 Part lI—Section 2, Page 260-261 dated 22.02.1995.

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Kalikappan Bit-I Village of Madurai East Panchayat Union, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Kalikappan Bit-I Village, S.Nos. 66/2, shall be deleted.
Against the entry I Residential use zone Kalikappan Bit-I Village, S.Nos. 66/2, shall be added.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Thadankulam Village, S.Nos. 10/1A, 10/1B2A, 10/1B2B, 10/1E & 10/4B, shall be deleted.
Against the entry I Residential use zone Thadankulam Village, S.Nos. 10/1A, 10/1B2A, 10/1B2B, 10/1E & 10/4B, shall be added.

Under the heading "Residential Use" the expression S.F.Nos: 714/1C, 714/1E, 714/2E, 714/3A3, 714/3B, 714/4B, 714/5A3 shall be added before the S.F.No: 777pt
Under the heading "Agricultural use zone" the expression S.F.Nos: 710 to 765 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 710 to 713, S.F.No.714pt (Except SF No. 714/1C, 714/1E, 714/2E, 714/3A3, 714/3B, 714/4B, 714/5A3), S.F.No. 715 to 765 shall be substituted.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.97, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated:17.12.2024, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village, Page No.119 the following entries should be made.
1. Thaiyur Village, against the entry 1. Residential use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.No: 1460/1A, 1460/1B & 1461/1A1 before the S.no: 1469.
2. Thaiyur Village, against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted 1456 to 1459, 1460 (except 1460/1A, 1460/1B), 1461 (except 1461/1A1), 1462 to 1468 instead of 1456 to 1468.

The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Sanctioned Dharapuram Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.230 Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)| dated 19.02.1991 Notification No.18 at page 314 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th May 1991.
Draft Variations
In the Sanctioned Dharapuram master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of dharapuram local planning Area under heading in VI.AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE - USE ZONE -6, A2, Ward No:2, Block No:3, Page No:A19, the following entries should be made.
(i) Against the entry of 7 under A2, Ward No:2, Block No:3 under the heading VI.AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE - USE ZONE 6, the expression 7 shall be deleted after 33pt and 35pt (expect 33/3 and 35/3) shall be added.
(ii) Add TS No 33/3 and 35/3 in Ward No:2, Block No:3 under the heading MR of (b), MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE Ward No:3, Block No:1
