The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to be acquired for the Highways Purpose for "Widening the State Highways Road SH-58(1), Chengalpattu to Kanchipuram Road (From Km.30/700 to Km.34/370 BHS) Under the Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project" in Athur "B" (Addl) Village, Chengalpattu District & Taluk, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), State Highways, Chengalpattu. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 1484 Sq.mtrs., of Ryot Manai & Dry Lands in Survey No.830/1A & etc., for the Highways purpose of "Widening the State Highways Road SH-58(1), Chengalpattu to Kanchipuram Road (From Km.30/700 to Km.34/370 BHS) Under the Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project" in Athur "B" (Addl) Village, Chengalpattu District & Taluk, The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Chengalpattu (Sub Collector Office Campus) may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO - New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 13.5300 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for TIDCO - New Green Field Airport.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit, Kancheepuram which maybe inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO- New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of theTamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997.(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 0.1450 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for TIDCO-New Green Field Airport.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit, Kancheepuram which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
