The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule below has to be acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 5 - Viaduct 6 (ECV-02) Near Defence Cantonment Board' and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 8 Sq.mtrs., (or) 86.112 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 5 -Viaduct 6 (ECV- 02) Near Defence Cantonment Board'.
The plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.

NOTICE
Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 22857.5 Sq.mts of Dry and Natham lands in S.No. 220/3E and etc in Kakaveri Village of Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for the Formation of By-pass in Rasipuram Bypass Road.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Collector Office 4th Floor Room No.414 Salem and the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Unit-1, Namakkal may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 57828 Sq.mts of dry lands in S.No. 309/1B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for the formation of new road from Thoothukudi – Vanchi Maniyachi Junction (SH-93) in Sankaraperi Village of Thoothukudi Taluk and District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Thoothukudi and the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Unit-2, Kovilpatti may be inspected on any day during office hours.
