HIGHWAYS AND MINOR PORTS DEPARTMENT Withdrawal from Acquisition of Lands Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 12 of 2003), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an exemption in respect of the [G.O.Ms. No. 78, Highways and Minor Ports (EAP-I(1)), Electricity Tax payable under the said Act on energy sold for consumption in respect of M/s. International Aerospace Manufacturing Private Limited for a period with effect on and from the date of publication of this notification till 20th March 2029.

Ms. No. 49, Energy (D2), 5th May 2025, சித்திரை 22, விசுவாவசு, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No.II(2)/EGY/468/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Tax on Consumption or Sale of Electricity Tamil Nadu hereby withdraw from Acquisition of Land specified in the schedule below in respect of the Notification under sub section (1) of section 15 of the said Act approved in Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai Letter No.CKICP/CLA/15(1)/SH-69/26/2020 dated 21.08.2020 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (Extraordinary) No. 335, Dated: 21.08.2020 in Part - VI, Section -1, Page No. 33 to 39 needed for a public purpose, Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 12 of 2003), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an exemption in respect of the Electricity Tax payable under the said Act on the consumption of electricity for own use by M/s. International Aerospace Manufacturing Private Limited for a period with effect on and from the date of publication of this notification till 20th March 2029.
