NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4 OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 (TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999)

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition of the land / lands specified in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of section 3 was published by the Transport Department at page No.7, Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.330, dated 18.09.2018, the actual possession of which was not taken by, or on behalf of the Government.
