No.II(2)/ECCF/495/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the land within the boundaries specified in the schedule below as a reserved forest with effect from 26.11.2025.

BOUNDARIES.

North.- The boundary starts from the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 14/1C, 14/2B and 14/2A of No. 99, Pudur Palapatty village and thence runs towards northeast along the southeastern boundary of Survey Number 14/1B and southern boundary of Survey Numbers 14/1B and 13/9 of No.99, Pudur Palapatty village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 13/9 and 13/10 of No.99, Pudur Palapatty village and Perumalmalai reserved forest.

BOUNDARIES.

East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southeast along the common boundary (western side) of Perumalmalai reserved forest and Survey Numbers 13/10 and 15/1 of No.99, Pudur Palapatty village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 15/1 and 15/2 of No. 99, Pudur Palapatty village and Perumalmalai reserved forest.

North:- The boundary starts from the junction point of Survey Numbers 78/1 and 78/2 of No.25, Moolakurichy village and boundary of Varagur extention reserved forest and runs towards northeast, east along the southern boundary of Survey Number 78/1 of No.25, Moolakurichy village and reaches the junction point of Survey Numbers 78/1, and 78/3 of No.25, Moolakurichy village.

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards west, south, west along the northern boundary of Survey Number 15/2, western boundary of Survey Number 15/3 and northern boundary of Survey Number 17 of No.99, Pudur Palapatty village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 17, 18 and 16 of No.99, Pudur Palapatty village.

East:- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards south along the western boundary of Survey Number 78/3 of No. 25, Moolakurichy village and reaches the junction point of Survey Numbers 78/2 and 78/3 of No. 25, Moolakurichy village and boundary of Varagur extention reserved forest.

West.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards north along the eastern boundary of Survey Number 18, 20 and 14/2A of No. 99, Pudur Palapatty village and it reaches the starting point.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Green Sea Agro Tech India Limited, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

[Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997) – Messrs Green Sea Agro Tech India Limited, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District - Default in return of deposits by the financial establishment - Ad-interim order attaching the movable and immovable properties of the said financial establishment under Section 3 of the said Act - Orders - Issued.]

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable and immovable properties of the defaulted financial establishment Messrs Green Sea Agro Tech India Limited, functioned at Door No.65/3, Dharma Complex, Chidambaranar Street, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said movable and immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District, appointed under the said Act.

10 (1) (d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள

அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள்,

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர்

நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் மனுதாரர் திரு.C.ஆமோஸ் ஜெயசிங், முதுநிலை ஓட்டுநர் (பணி எண். T2D100247 (10355)) என்பவருக்கு நிருவாகத்தின் அலுவலக ஆணை எண். 971/லீகல்-05/ ஒழுங்கு/தஅபோக/ குழி-2/2020, நாள். 01.12.2021-இன்படி வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வை வருங்காலத்தில் பாதிக்கும் வண்ணம் மூன்று வருடங்கள் நிறுத்தி வைத்தும், அன்னார் தற்காலிக வேலை நீக்கத்திலிருந்த நாட்களை தகுதிவாய்ந்த விடுப்பாக ஒழுங்குபடுத்தியும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள தண்டனையை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
