NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 3 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit, for Setting up of SIPCOT Industrial Park (Kurubarapalli Phase – III) and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 7.39.50 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes wit, for Setting up of SIPCOT Industrial Park (Kurubarapalli Phase – III).
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector's Office, Krishnagiri which may be inspected at any time during office hours.

NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 19.3800 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - Cheyyar Industrial Park Phase III.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Tiruvannamalai and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit, Tiruvannamalai which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Cheyyar Industrial Park Phase III and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 20.2250 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - Cheyyar Industrial Park Phase III.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Tiruvannamalai and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit, Tiruvannamalai which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Cheyyar Industrial Park Phase III and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 18.6600 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT - Cheyyar Industrial Park Phase III.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Tiruvannamalai and Special Tahsildar(LA), Unit, Tiruvannamalai which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to be acquired for the Highways for the "Widening from two lane to four lane and Strengthening at Km 0/0-6/8 of the Road Branching from Km 6/8 of Virudhachalam – Tholudur Road to Mathanathur Road (via) Jeyankondam" in Kollathankurichi & Therkku Vadakku Puthur Villages, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 575.20 Sq.mtrs., of Dry lands in Survey No.3/1A2 & etc., and 80.80 Sq.mtrs., of Dry Lands in Survey No.28/1A2 for the "Widening from two lane to four lane and Strengthening at Km 0/0-6/8 of the Road Branching from Km 6/8 of Virudhachalam – Tholudur Road to Mathanathur Road (via) Jeyankondam" in Kollathankurichi & Therkku Vadakku Puthur Villages, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways, Villupuram and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways (Unit-3), Cuddalore District may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Scheduled below are to be acquired for the "Widening from Two Lane to Four Lane and Strengthening at Km 0/0 - 4/350 of Virudhachalam Bypass Road Including CD works, Construction of Additional Major Bridge (SH213)" in Virudhachalam Town (Ward: G, Block-3 & 6) (Ward: H, Block-2), Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 1737.20 Sq.mtrs., of Dry lands in Survey No.18/2 & etc., for the "Widening from Two Lane to Four Lane and Strengthening at Km 0/0 - 4/350 of Virudhachalam Bypass Road Including CD works, Construction of Additional Major Bridge (SH213)" in Virudhachalam Town (Ward: G, Block-3 & 6) (Ward: H, Block-2), Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District. The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways, Villupuram and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways (Unit-3), Cuddalore District may be inspected on any day during office hours.
