In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 125 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby excludes the land Situated within the boundaries of Vandranthangal Village, Vandranthangal Village Panchayat, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District to the total extent as mentioned in the Schedule below, be the same or a little more or less from the operation of the said Act, with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

1994ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஊராட்சிகள் சட்டம் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 21/1994) பிரிவு 125 உட்பிரிவு (2)ன்கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்ட அதிகாரத்தின்படி தமிழக ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில்தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாளிலிருந்து வேலூர் மாவட்டம், காட்பாடி வட்டம், வண்டறந்தாங்கல் கிராம ஊராட்சி ஆளுகை, வண்டறந்தாங்கல் கிராம எல்லைக்குட்பட்ட கீழ்வரும் அட்டவணையில் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பரப்பளவுக்கு சற்று கூடவோ, குறையவோ உள்ள நிலத்தை, ஊராட்சி சட்டத்திலிருந்து விலக்களிக்கப்படுகிறது என இதனால் அறிவிக்கிறார்.
