NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for the Highways purpose to wit, for Forming and Improving the Link Road for "Construction of High Level Bridge connecting Kangeyanallur to Sathuvachari Villages across Palar River" in Sathuvachari Village, Vellore Taluk & District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways) C&M, Vellore. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 19030 Sq.mtrs., of Nanjai & Punjai lands in Survey No. 48/1 & etc., for the Highways purpose to wit, for Forming and Improving the Link Road for "Construction of High Level Bridge connecting Kangeyanallur to Sathuvachari Villages across Palar River" in Sathuvachari Village, Vellore Taluk & District.
The Plan of lands are kept in the office of Special District Revenue Officer, (Land Acquisition) Highways, Vellore District may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be acquired for the Highways for "Widening from Two Lane to Four Lane and Strengthening at 58/0 - 63/6 of Kallakurichi-Tiruvannamalai Road" in Arasudaiyampattu Village, Tiruvannamalai District & Taluk, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensations to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
