GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS
Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.178, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.05.2025 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.661. Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan. under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Keeranatham Village, Page No: 318 the S.F.Nos: 325/1. 325/3, 325/7A, 325/8A1, 326/1, 326/2A and 327/7 the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential land use" the expression S.F.Nos 325/1, 325/3, 325/7A. 325/8A1, 326/1, 326/2A and 327/7 shall be added before the S.F.No: 341 to 350.
Under the heading "Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 320 to 340 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 320 to 324 (except 325/1, 325/3, 325/7A, 325/8A1), 326 (except 326/1, 326/3A), 327 (except 327/7), 328 to 340 shall be substituted.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Irugur Village, Page Nos, 364 & 365 the following S.F.Nos: 685/1D1, 685/1D2, 685/1D3 and 685/1D4 entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential use zone" the expression S.F.Nos. 685/1D1, 685/1D2, 685/1D3 and 685/1D4 shall be added after the entry S.F.No: 661.
Under the heading "Agricultural use zone" the expression S.F.Nos: 683 to 688 shall be deleted the Expression S.F.No: 683 to 684, 685 (Except 685/1D1, 685/1D2, 685/1D3 & 685/1D4) 686 to 688 shall be substituted.
Conditions:-
1. உத்தேச மனையிடத்தினூடே குறைந்தழுத்த (L.T.Line) மின் கம்பிப்பாதை அமைகிறது. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள் 2019 விதி எண் 19-இன் கீழ் மின்கம்பிப்பாதையை மாற்றி அமைக்க தமிழ்நாடு மின் உற்பத்தி மற்றும் பகிர்மான கழகத்தின் தடையில்லா சான்றிதழ் பெறப்பட வேண்டும்.

The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.122 Housing and Urban Development UD4, Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7. Part II—Section 2, Page 260-261 dated 22.02.1995.
Variation
In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Melakkal Village of Vadipatti Panchayat Union, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to III Industrial use zone the following entries should be made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Melakkal Village, S.Nos. 590/1B shall be deleted.
Against the entry III Industrial use zone Melakkal Village, S.Nos. 590/1B shall be added.

2. Deletion of road earmarked for the proposed 100feet ring road ordered in G.O.Ms. No.59, Housing and Urban Development Department (UD 4(2)) department dated 15.04.2025. In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Educational Use Zone into Commercial Use Zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No: 184, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated: 22.05.2025.
2. In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No: 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(LRe-1)] Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No. Il(2)/HOU/700/2010 at page No: 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.
Variation
In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Kadapparai Village Page No: 101, regarding S.F.Nos: 265/1G2, 265/1G3 the following entries should be made;
1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Commercial-C, the expression 265/1G2, 265/1G3 shall be inserted after the expression 220pt.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Educational, the expression "265pt" shall be deleted and the expression 265pt except 265/1G2, 265/1G3 shall be substituted.

Constitution of a District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Killiyoor in Kanniyakumari District

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Killiyoor in Kanniyakumari District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Killiyoor, shall be held.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Kanniyakumari District, the District Munsif Court at Padmanabhapuram and District Munsif Court at Kuzhithurai shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the Taluk of Killiyoor and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Killiyoor shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Killiyoor with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Killiyoor assumes charge of that Court.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifies that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Killiyoor in Kanniyakumari District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Killiyoor assumes charge of that Court.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act Ill of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Killiyoor, shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Killiyoor, assumes charge of that Court.

No.129/2025—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 1 Tahsildar (Trainee) in Namakkal District and (ii) 1 Tahsildar (Trainee) in Tiruppur District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 180 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
