AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION.

Under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notification No.II(2)/HO/582(j)/2025, published at page 1 Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st July, 2025:-
Amendment.
In the said Notification, for the expression "under section 196(2)(a) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023", the expression "under section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023)" shall be substituted.
