TRANSFER OF CASE REGISTERED IN CRIME NO.302/2025 UNDER SECTION 303(2) OF THE BHARATIYA NYAYA SANHITA, 2023 IN THIRUPPUVANAM POLICE STATION, SIVAGANGAI DISTRICT TO CENTRAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION FOR INVESTIGATION UNDER SECTION 6 OF DELHI SPECIAL POLICE ESTABLISHMENT ACT, 1946.

Under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby accords consent to the extension of the powers and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu to investigate the case registered in Crime No.302/2025 under section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023), Thiruppuvanam Police Station, Sivagangai District and transfers the Case Diary to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
