In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1999) and sub-rule (4) of rule 112 & 171 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023, the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission hereby fixes 25.07.2025 as the date for convening meetings to elect the Chairperson, Vice - Chairperson, Taxation and Finance Committee Member, Member of Taxation Appeal Committee, Member of Appointment Committee and Member of Contract Committee shown in the Annexure, in accordance with the following programme:-
