Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act. 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.91, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 14.03.2025 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in ldigarai (DD Plan No.1-6) Village, Page No.304, 305 the following S.F.Nos. 729, 730 & 733 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential MR 6 land use" the expression S.F.Nos. 729, 730 and 733 shall be added before the entry S.F.No.835.

Under the heading "Agricultural AG 11 land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 727 to 731 and 733 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 727, 728 and 731 shall be substituted.

Conditions

(i) உத்தேச மனையிடத்திலிருந்து 15 மீட்டர் தொலைவில் ஓடை அமைந்துள்ளது. நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்குத் தேவையான உரிய வழிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Arasur Village, Page Nos:359 to 360 the following S.F.No: 543/2A4A entries should be made.

Under the heading "Commercial land use zone" the expression S.F.No. 543/2A4A shall be added as the first entry.

Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression S.F.Nos.532 to 543 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 532 to 542, 543 (Except 543/2A4A) shall be substituted.

1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Water Bodies Use Zone into Residential Use Zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No:134, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department dated: 22.04.2025.

2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No: 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review Approved under the said Act in GO.Ms.No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No.II(2)/HOU/700/2010 at page No: 815, of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 24.11.2010.

Variation

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Andankovil East Village at Page Nos: 93, 94, 95, regarding S.F.No: 2371/1 the following entries should be made:

1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F. No. against the entry Residential-MR, the expression 2371/1, shall be inserted after the expression 2362 to 2370.

2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Water Bodies, the expression 2371 shall be deleted and the expression, All sub divisions of 2371 except 2371/1 shall be substituted.

Special Conditions:

1. உத்தேச மனையிடத்தின் ஊடே புல வரைபடத்தின்படி கிழமேலாக மழைநீர் வடிகால்பாதை மற்றும் வடக்கில் ஓடை அமைந்துள்ளது. மழைநீர் வடிகால்பாதை /நீர்வழிப்பாதையின் போக்கினை மனையின் எல்லைக்குள் மாற்றி அமைத்து (Reroute) மற்றும் இந்நீர்வழிப்பாதையின் அமைப்பினை மனையிடத்தில் நிலை நிறுத்தி அபிவிருத்தி மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும். மேலும், நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகளுக்குத் தேவையான உரிய வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

2. In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O (Ms) No.102, Housing and urban development (UD4) (L.Re-1) Department dated. 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Polur Local Planning Authority which was consented under said at in G.O. (Ms) No.214, Housing & Urban Development (UD-4) dated.14.10.2008 and Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7, Part VI—Section 1 Page No.96, dated.23.02.2011.

Variation

In the schedule of Polur Master Plan:

1. In Page No.61, in the IV Agricultural use Zone instead of the expression SF No.1150B, The expression S.F.No.1150B/2C "Except S.F.Nos: 1150B/2B" shall be substituted.

2. In page No.57, in the main heading of I-Residential use zone and Sub heading in the Expression "Mixed Residential use zone" Shall be added the expression "S.F.No. 1150B/2B" in the Mixed Residential use Zone after the Expression S.F.No.1150B.

JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on certain Revenue Officials

No. 141/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 or 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Tirupathur District, (ii) 1 Tahsildar (Trainee) in Tiruvannamalai District and (iii) 1 Tahsildar (Trainee) in Tiruvarur District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days/ 180 days (as the case may be) from the date of assumption or charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
