The following amendment is hereby issued to the Notification No.VI(1)/200/2021 published at page No.306-308 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.29, Part VI—Section 1, dated.21.07.2021 issued under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) for the provision of project facilities such as Junction Improvement and Bus Bay the Chennai Outer Ring Road, Phase – II in Attanthangal Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur District, the following shall be substituted.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways Purpose towards the "Construction of High Level Bridge Connecting the Villages T.Valasai – Su.Valavetti across Thurinjal River" in Tiruvanaimugam Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 728 Sq.mtrs of Dry Lands in Survey No. 54/2 & etc., for the Highways Purpose towards the "Construction of High Level Bridge Connecting the Villages T.Valasai – Su.Valavetti across Thurinjal River" in Tiruvanaimugam Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways, Viluppuram and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways (Unit-2), Revenue Divisional Office, Tindivanam Salai, Tiruvannamalai District which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 160095 Sq.mtr of patta lands in Varalotti (1), Nandhikundu (2) and Mallankinar (3) Villages to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of Mallankinar Bypass Road in Kariyapatti Taluk of Virudhunagar District.
