INDUSTRIES, INVESTMENT PROMOTION AND COMMERCE DEPARTMENT--Acquisition of Lands--Notification – Thoothukudi District – Tiruchendur Taluk – Madavankurichi Village – Sathanur Vattam – Palakkurichi and Padukapathu Village Panchayats – Under the Indian Space Research Organisation to Small satellite launch pad will be laid connecting existing roads in the village for better connectivity. The roads to be laid include the road from the existing paved road to the newly constructed road in the residential area, and the road connecting the link road to the new main road. A total land area of 39.06.99 hectares of government land under survey number has been identified for this purpose. As per the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Act, 2013, under section 40(1), land acquisition proceedings have been initiated with the necessary administrative approval under section 19(1) for the above project – Order – Issued.
