2. From the Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, letter Rc.No.C1/EOW/1153/2023, dated 21.01.2025.

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable and immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties in the name of the proprietor and partners of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs BULLION FINTECH LLP, functioned at Aangaiyan Associates, L.M.Complex, 3rd floor, 100 feet Road, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District, as specified in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram District appointed under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs BULLION FINTECH LLP, Ramanathapuram District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram District, Is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

b) பணிக்காலத்தில் மரணம் அடையும் தொழிலாளியின் குடும்பத்தை சேர்ந்த ஒருவருக்கு தொழிற்சாலையில் நிரந்தர பணியை வழங்க வேண்டும்.

c) தொழிலாளியின் குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்கள் மரணமடைந்தால் ஐந்து நாட்கள் ஊதியத்துடன் கூடிய விடுப்பு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும். (இந்த விடுப்பு தொழிலாளியின் சொந்த விடுப்பாக இருக்கக்கூடாது)

d) பணியின்போது ஏற்படும் விபத்து மற்றும் உடல் நலக்குறைவுக்கான முழு மருத்துவ செலவை நிர்வாகமே ஏற்க வேண்டுமென கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்க.

e) தினமும் ஷிப்டில் உணவுடன் ஒரு வேகவைத்த முட்டை வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

f) வாரத்தில் சனிக்கிழமைகளில் 500 கிராம் பேரிச்சை பழம், 250 கிராம் உலர் திராட்சை, 250 கிராம் முந்திரி வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

g) TESTING PDI, MAINTENANCE மூன்றாவது ஷிப்டில் காலை சிற்றுண்டி வழங்க வேண்டும்.

h) TEA, Time-இல் தொழிலாளர்களின் Energyக்காக Pantry முறையினை நடைமுறைப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
