Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 0.20.00 Hectares of land is required in the Kozhumakondan Village of Palani Taluk of Dindigul District for public purpose, namely excavation of left supply main canal from the Palarpourandalar Dam for this irrigation scheme through The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 0.20.00 Hectares in the Kozhumakondan Village of Palani Taluk of Dindigul Districtis under acquisition for the above said project in whose detailed description is as follows.

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013). No family is likely to be resettled due to land acquisition.

Mines of coal, iron-stones, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the Project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.

G O V E R N M E N T பிரதான கால்வாய் அமைக்க கொழுமங்கொண்டான் கிராமத்தில் 0.20.00 `ெக்டேர் பரப்பளவு புன்செய் நிலங்கள் தேவைப்படுகிறது என அரசு கருதுவதால், திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டத்தில் பழனி வட்டம், கொழுமங்கொண்டான் கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன அரசுத்திட்டத்திற்காக 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடிமயர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 30/2013) கீழ் 0.20.00 `ெக்டேர் நிலத்தில் அளவிடப்படும் ஒரு பகுதி நிலம் குறித்து விளம்புகை செய்வது குறித்தான விபரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை, 2013-ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியசட்டம்-30/20130) 15-ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபர்களின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்ட பின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை ஏதுமில்லை.

திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டத்தில், பழனி வட்டத்திற்குட்பட்ட கொழுமங்கொண்டான் கிராமத்தில் 0.20.00 `ெக்டேர் பரப்பளவுள்ள புன்செய் நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்தப்படவுள்ள நிலத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன அரசுத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கத்திற்காக கட்டுமான நிலையின்போது அத்தகைய நிலப்பரப்பை தோண்டும் போது (அ) அகற்றும் போது அல்லது பயன்படுத்தக் $டிய சுரங்கங்கள் (அ) கனிமங்கள் நீங்கலாக, மேற்சொன்ன நிலப்பகுதியில் படிந்துள்ள நிலக்கரி, இரும்பு (அ) ஏனைய கனிமங்கள் தேவையில்லை.

I Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 0.35.83 Hectares of land is required in the Idaiyakottai Village of Oddanchatram Taluk of Dindigul District for public purpose, namely for formation of main Left and Right supply canal from the Nanganchiyar Reservoir scheme through The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

N A R Y Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 0.35.83 Hectares in the Idaiyakottai Village of Oddanchatram Taluk of Dindigul District is under acquisition for the above said project in whose detailed description is as follows.
