North.- The boundary starts from the tri-junction of Survey Numbers 2/2 and 2/1 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and Ammapalayam reserved forest and generally runs towards east (89.6 + 51.4 metres) along the southern boundary of Survey Number 2/1 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and thence runs towards northeast, southeast and northeast (32.4 + 31.6 + 20 metres) along the southern boundary of Survey Number 3 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and reaches the junction point of Survey Numbers 3, 4/1 and 4/2 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village.

East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards south (28.6 + 33.8 metres) along the western boundary of Survey Number 4/1 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and thence runs towards southwest (73 + 6.6 + 16.2 metres) along the western boundary of Survey Number 22/4 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 4/2, 22/4 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and Ammapalayam reserved forest D Stone.

South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards west (7.2 + 8 + 20 + 8 + 48.2 + 22.6 + 34.2 metres) along the northern boundary of Ammapalayam reserved forest and thence runs towards west (50.60+48.40 metres) along the Northern boundary of Survey Number 2/3 hillock of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 2/2 and 2/3 of No.138, Chinnakalrayan Therkkunadu village and Ammapalayam reserved forest.

West.- Thence the boundary generally runs towards north (84.40 metres) along the eastern boundary of Ammapalayam reserved forest till it reaches the starting point.

Amendment.

(i) In the G.O.Ms.No.941, Home (Police XIX) Department, dated 16.12.2014, published in the said Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification, wherever the expression "the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District," occurs, the expression "the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Namakkal District," shall be substituted;

(ii) In the said Notification for the existing The Schedule, the following The Schedule shall be substituted.

From the Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, letter Rc.No.C1/EOW/8246/2022, dated 20.07.2023 and 21.11.2024.

procured by the said financial establishments from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable properties (cash in frozen bank accounts) of the defaulted financial establishments, namely, Sri Mariyamman Social Service and Educational Trust, functioned at Door No. 6-2-37/5, Kurumbapatty Road, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and Nivetha Educational and Social Service Trust, functioned at Door No.151, Pasumpon Devar Street, Ellis Nagar, TNHB Colony, Madurai, as specified in the Schedule to this Order, and transfers the control over the said movable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Dindigul District appointed under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Sri Mariyamman Social Service and Educational Trust, Dindigul District and Nivetha Educational and Social Service Trust, Madurai, financial establishments, have defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishments are not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the movable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been 2. AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable and immovable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Orders first to eleventh read above, the immovable property, as specified in the Schedule to this Order, is alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable property of D.Thirupathi (A4), Area Manager of the defaulted financial establishment Messrs Susi Emu Farms (India) Private Limited, Branch Office, functioned at Co-op Tex Building upstairs, Palayamkottai Market, Tirunelveli District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District, appointed under the said Act. 2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District is also requested to transfer the balance amount to the account of the Competent Authority / District Revenue Officer, Erode once auctioned the property specified in the Schedule to this Order and disbursed the amount to the 16 depositors, after getting order from the Special Court for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, since the value of properties attached in the Government Orders first to eleventh read above are not sufficient to repay the depositors in the case registered in Erode EOW Crime No.02/2012 against the above said financial establishment, having head office at Perundurai, Erode District.

In the letter fifth read above, Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai has recommended the proposal of Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited to withdraw the acquisition process for the lands with the extent of 33 Sq.mtrs of land in T.S.No.45, Block No. 1 at Urur Village, Velachery, Chennai District on the grounds that the acquisition of certain lands was made through private negotiations and requirement of certain lands are felt not needed for the project an extent of 33 Sq.mtrs of lands proposed for acquisition under sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) for which notification issued in the order first read above and which was published in the Gazette second read above and it has been requested to issue notification under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) for the above mentioned lands.
