Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 3.08.50 Hectares of land is for usage in Muttukaadu Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District for a Construction of International Convention Center.
Now, therefore a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 3.08.50 Hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in Muttukaadu Village, Thiruporur Taluk in Chengalpattu District whose detailed description is as follows

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlemet Act 2013 ( Central Act 2013) No family is to be resettled due to land acquisition.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer and the District Collector, Chengalpattu and the Sub Collector Office, Chengalpattu on any working day.
A Summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme is appended.

2013-ம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவு மறைவின்மைக்கும், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்கான உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு பற்றுள்ள நபரின் மறுப்புரைகளைக் கேட்டபின்னரும் உரிய விசாரணைக்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலம் கையகப்படுத்துவதன் காரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்விற்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை ஏதுமில்லை.
