"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of lndustrial Co-operatives under Section 137 (2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Thoothukudi District Backward Community Auto Rickshaw Drivers lndustrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No.1882, Thoothukudi District, have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the lndustries Commissioner and Director of lndustries and Commerce / Registrar of lndustrial Co-operatives, Chennai, vide Proc.No. 7852/ICC2/2024 - 1 dated: 05.08.2025.
Under Section 138 (1) of the same Act, the General Manager, District lndustries Centre, Thoothukudi has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.176 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.05.2025. subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Neelambur Panchayat/Village, the S.F.Nos. .815/1A1, 815/1A2, 815/1A3, 815/7D, 815/8C and 815/8D the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Industrial land use" the expression S.F.Nos .815/1A1, 815/1A2, 815/1A3, 815/7D, 815/8C and 815/8D shall be added .
Under the heading "Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 815/1A1, 815/1A2, 815/1A3, 815/7D, 815/8C and 815/8D shall be deleted .

Variation to the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan for the Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and as per the G.O.Ms.No.102 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, dated.18.08.2021, the following Notifıcation is published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
2. The land use zone Conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residential use zone is ordered in G.O.(2U). No.226 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, dated: 17.07.2025. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Thiruvarur Local Planning Area Review Consented wide G.O.Ms.No.133 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated 21.04.2005 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.17, Page No.210, Part VI—Section 1 dated.11-05-2011.
Variation
In the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan under the heading "Schedule for Town & Villages" (Land use for various survey numbers of Thiruvarur Local Planning Area) and under heading in village number 66. Elavangarkudi Village for S.F.No.85 to 90, 91pt, 92 to 94, 95pt, 96pt, 97 to 99 the following entries shall be made.
Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (AG 24), after the expression 95pt the expression "(except 95/1A3, 95/1B, 96/3B1, 96/3B2)" and after the expression 96pt the expression "(except 96/4)" shall be added.

2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms). No.105, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated:22.03.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. 14 at Page No. 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.13.04.2005.
Variation
In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local Planning Area, under heading V.No.74, Konagappadi Village in Page No.162, the following entries of S.F.Nos.83 to 86 should be made accordingly.
Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" and under the Sub-heading "AG-47", the expressions "S.F.No.83 to 86" shall be deleted and the expressions "83, 84, 85, 86 (Excluding S.F.Nos.86/1B2, 86/1D1B and 86/1D2) shall be substituted.
After the heading "WATER BODIES", the following heading and expression shall be added.
"INDUSTRIAL USE: S.F. Nos: 86/1B2, 86/1D1B, 86/1D2",
CONDITIONS:
G.O.(2D) No.155, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re.1)] Department, dated:29.04.2025.

No.191, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, dated: 26.05.2025.
2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms). No.105, Housing and Urban DevelopmentAug. 27, 2025] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 361 [UD4(2)] Department, dated:22.03.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. 14 at Page No. 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.13.04.2005.
Variation
In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local Planning Area, under heading V.No.33, Kannankurichi Village in Page No.84, the following entries of S.F.Nos.122P should be made accordingly.
Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" and under the Sub-heading "AG-24", the expressions "S.F.No.122P" shall be deleted and the expressions "122P (Excluding S.F.Nos.122/6C) shall be substituted.
After the heading "WATER BODIES", the following heading and expression shall be added.
"RESIDENTIAL USE: S.F. Nos: 122P (Excluding S.F.Nos.122/6C)"
CONDITIONS:
G.O.(2D) No.191, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re.1)] Department, dated:26.05.2025.
1. A water body is located within a radius of 9 meters to the east of the proposed site as per the Topo plan and hence appropriate procedures should be followed for developments carried out adjacent to the water body.
2. All the Developments intended to be carried out at the proposed site, should be in compliance with the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules - 2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972 and also in exercise of powers conferred by Govemment Order Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development (UD(4)1) Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Govemment Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, in Page No: 228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning.Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification at page No: 879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 11th October 1995.
Variation
In the said Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "Thanjavur Local Planning Area, Manakarabai Village"
(iii) Against the "Agricultural Wet use zone (AGD-5) "S.F.No. 312/30A, 30B, 314/314 shall be deleted (iv) Against Educational use (PR-18) the S.F.No. 312/30A,30B,314/314 shall be added
Conditions:
(1) A canal is located to the north of S.F.No.314 of the proposed site. Further more according to the Topo Plan canal is located between the proposed S.F.No.313 and 317 located to the north. Therefore appropriated procedures should be followed for development works carried out along water bodies.
(2) Development works should be carried out as per Tamil Nadu Combined development and Building Rules 2019.

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Thirumohur Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries Should be Made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Thirumohur Village, S.F.Nos. 30/1, 4, 5 & 119/2, 4, 5A, 5B, 6, 7 shall be deleted.
Against the entry I Residential use zone Thirumohur Village, S.F.Nos. 30/1, 4, 5 & 119/2, 4, 5A, 5B, 6, 7 shall be added.
