Amendment.
In the said Notification, for the expression "the Commissioner of Revenue Administration", the expression "the Commissioner of Social Security Schemes (SSS), Office of the Commissioner of Revenue Administration" shall be substituted.
AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim Order attaching the immovable properties of A3-M.Krishnaveni, W/o.Manikandan of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs Sri Krishna Groups Real Estates, functioned at Door No.382-H, Mudangiyar Road, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District, appointed under the said Act.

The following Government Order is published:-

1. From the Inspector General of Police, (i/c) Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, Letter e-RC. No.C1/ EOW/ 7697/2024-1, dated 17.12.2024.
2. From the Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, Letter e-Rc. No.C1/EOW/ 7697/ 2024-2, dated 23.01.2025.
AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties owned by A4-R.K.Ravi (Managing Director), A5- K.Elangovan (Director), A11-R.Vasuki (Director), A12-E.Latha (Director) and the properties purchased in favour of the defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs Nagai Sivasakthi Sagaya Nala Nidhi Limited, functioned at Door No.20, Neela South Street, Nagapattinam, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Nagapattinam District, appointed under the said Act.
Order:- No. 107, Home (police-XIX) dated 1st July 2025.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Nagai Sivasakthi Sagaya Nala Nidhi Limited, Nagapattinam, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Nagapattinam District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Chennai is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Nagapattinam District, in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties of the defaulted financial establishments, namely, Messrs Neomax Properties Private Limited and its sister concerns, functioned at Door No. 85, Subramaniya Pillai Street, Ricky Tower 2nd Floor, By-Pass Road, S.S.Colony, Madurai, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District, appointed under the said Act.
Order:- No. 129, Home (police-XIX) dated 23rd July 2025.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs Neomax Properties Private Limited and its sister concerns, Madurai District, financial establishments, have defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that the said financial establishments are not likely to return the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable and movable properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Orders first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh read above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the said financial establishments from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District in filing the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

No.II(2)/LWSD/971/2025.— தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழகம், கரூர் மண்டலம், கரூர் என்ற நிருவாகத்திற்கும், நேதாஜி போக்குவரத்து தொழிலாளர்கள் பாதுகாப்பு தொழிற்சங்கம், கோவை என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும், இத்தொழிற்தகராறை பின்வரும் எழுவினாவுடன் திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV / 1947) 10 (1) (c) பிரிவிலும், 10 (1) (d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

No.II(2)/TCRE/972/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the Archaeological Monuments specified in the Schedule below to be a protected Monuments, the intention of the same having been previously published with Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department Notification No.II(2)/ Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department/6/2025, published at pages 143 to 145 of Part-II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 12th February 2025 as required under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act. திரு. S. செல்வராஜு, சிறப்பு நிலை கைவினைஞர் (ப.எண்.98TH2074/2349) என்பவருக்கு நிர்வாகத்தின் உத்தரவு எண். தஅபோக / கும்ப / டிஎஸ் / டி1 / 6856/2019, 16.07.2022- ஆம் தேதியிட்ட உத்தரவு மூலம் வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வை அடிப்படை ஊதியத்திலிருந்து ஒரு கட்டம் குறைத்தும், தற்காலிக வேலைநீக்கத்தில் இருந்த நாட்களான 16.12.2019 மற்றும் 17.12.2019 ஆகிய நாட்களை அவரது தகுதிக்குட்பட்ட விடுப்பாகக் கருதியும் வழங்கப்பட்ட தண்டனை உத்தரவினை ரத்து செய்து, அதனால் இழந்த பணப்பலன்களை நிர்வாகம் வழங்க வேண்டுமென்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient monuments before the expiry of the said period of two months will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Objections or Suggestions if any, should be addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department, Fort St. George, Secretariat, Chennai–600 009.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடுதமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில்அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாள் முதல் அல்லது அதன் பிறகு 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் மேற்கூறிய கருத்துரு பரிசீலனைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்கூறிய நினைவுச் சின்னத்தில் பற்றுள்ள எவரிடமிருந்தும் 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைவதற்கு முன்னர் வரப்பெறும் மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எதனையும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கருதிப்பார்க்கும். மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எவையேனும் இருப்பின் அவற்றை அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர், சுற்றுலா, பண்பாடு மற்றும் அறநிலையங்கள் துறை, புனித செயின்ட் ஜார்ஜ் கோட்டை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை - 600 009 என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
