In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvannamalai District (ii) 3 Deputy Tahsildars in Mayiladuthurai District and (iii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Salem District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under Sub-Section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.,190 Housing ·& Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as Notification in No. 266, Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.
Variation
In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Peravallur Village the following expression shall be added: -
"Map P.P.D. / M.P II (V) No. 68/2024

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2ப)no.221 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 08:07.2025. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G;O.Ms. No.122, Housing and Urban Development UD4, Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7, Part II—Section 2, Page 260-261, dated 22.02.1995.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Valayapatti Village RS.Nos. 96/14 shall be deleted.
Against the entry I Residential use zone Valayapatti Village RS.Nos. 97/32A shall be deleted.

In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms).No 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department Dated: 18.08.2021 the following variations are made to the Approved of Modified Master Plan for Attur Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms) No 170, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated : 13.07.2006

In the Approved of Modified Attur Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Attur Local Planning Area , under heading Mullaivadi village in Ward –B Block-9 in Page No 68 the following entries shall be made accordingly.
Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" and under sub heading "AG-5 (Dry Lands)" the expressions "T.S.No 1 to 19 shall be deleted and expression "T.S.No 1,2,3,5,6pt,8,10pt,11pt, 12,14 to 17,19 (except 1/3,1/9 ) shall be substituted.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No27, Part II-Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No. 227 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 17.07.2025 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms. No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of PartII—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994372 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1 Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Kalapatti Village, Kalapatti D.D. Plan No- 06, Page No: 217 the S.F. Nos: 66/1A & 66/2A1 the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential use zone" the expression S.F.No.: 66/1A & 66/2A1, shall be added before the S.F. No: 122/1
Under the heading "Agricultural use zone" the expression S.F. Nos: 66 shall be deleted and the expression S.F. No: 66 Pt (Except 66/1A & 66/2A1 ) shall be substituted.
நிபந்தனைகள்நிபந்தனைகள்
(i) உத்தேச மனையிடத்திற்கும் வடக்கில் ஓடை அமைந்துள்ளதால் நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்குத் தேவையான உரிய வழிய வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.
(ii) தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள், 2019-க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப்பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
