திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம், திண்டுக்கல் மேற்கு வட்டம், சீலப்பாடி கிராமம், உட்கடை என்.எஸ்.நகரின் அருகில் புல எண்: 507-ல் செல்லாண்டியம்மன் கோவில் என்ற இடத்தில் குப்பைத்தொட்டியில் இரண்டு உலோக சிலைகள் கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்டு பழனி அரசு அருங்காட்சியகத்தில் பாதுகாப்பாக வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சிலைகளின் விபரம் பின்வருமாறு:

மேற்காணும் புதைபொருள் தொடர்பாக புதையல் மீது முழுவதுமாகவோ அல்லது பகுதியாகவோ உரிமை கோரும் அனைவரும் திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ ஆஜராகி உரிமை பெற்றுக் கொள்ள வாய்ப்பளிக்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்படி உரிமை கோரல் தொடர்பாக திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக 15.12.2025 அன்று நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ தங்கள் உரிமை தொடர்பான ஆதாரங்களுடன் நேரில் விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜராகும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

புதைபொருள் சட்டம், பிரிவு 9-ன் படி மேற்படி புதையல் தொடர்பாக எவரும் உரிமை கோரவில்லை என்றாலோ அல்லது கோரப்பட்ட உரிமை தக்க ஆதாரமின்மையால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டாலோ கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட புதைபொருள் உரிமையற்றது (Ownerless) என முடிவு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படும்.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area

(Roc.No.2218/2023/MLPA(C.D-5))

No. VI(1)/518/2025.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94 Housing and Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page-228 dated : 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.434, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated 22.11.2024, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.153, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)], dated 20.06.2013, Notification No. 28, at page No.481 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

Variation

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village Page no. 119 the following entries should be made.

1. Thaiyur village, against the entry 1, Residential use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.no: 721/1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D1, 5D2, 5D3, 5D4, 5D5, 5D6, 5D7, 5D8, 5E, 5F, 7, 8, 9A, 9B, 10A, 10B; after the s.no: 720 & 738/1, 738/2 after the S.no:728.

2. Thaiyur village, against the entry 7, Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted S.no: 721 (except 721/1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D1, 5D2, 5D3, 5D4, 5D5, 5D6, 5D7, 5D8, 5E, 5F, 7, 8, 9A, 9B, 10A, 10B), 723, 724, 725, 729 to 738 (except 738/1, 738/2) instead of 721, 723, 724, 725, 729 to 738.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan of Madurai Local Planning Authority

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94 Housing and Urban Development, [UDA(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Commercial use zone ordered in G.O.(2g) No.95, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 17.03.2025. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms. No.122, Housing and Urban Development UD4, Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 260-261 dated 22.02.1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Thanichiyam Village of Alanganallur Panchayat Union, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to II Commercial use zone the following entries Should be Made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Thanichiyam Village, S.Nos. 98/1A shall be deleted.

Against the entry II Commercial use zone Thanichiyam Village S.Nos. 98/1A shall be added.

Variation to the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan for the Thiruvarur Composite

Local Planning Area

No. VI(1)/520/2025.

1, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and as per the G.O.Ms.No. 102 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, Dated. 18.08.2021, the following Notification is published Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

2. The land use zone Conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residential use zone is ordered in G.O.(2U) No.198 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, Dated: 13.06.2025. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Thiruvarur Local Planning Area Review Consented wide G.O.Ms. No. 133 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, Dated 21.04.2005 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.17, Page No.210, Part VI—Section 1 Dated 11.05.2011

Variation

In the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan under the heading "Schedule for Town & Villages" (Land use for various survey numbers of Thiruvarur Local Planning Area) and under heading in village number 64. Agarathirunallur Village for S.F.No.61pt the following entries shall be made.

Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (AG 24), after the expression 61pt the expression (except 61/20 and 61/21) shall be added.

Against the entry of Residential use zone, the expression "S.F.No. 61/20 and 61/21 shall be added before S.F.No. 67pt.

Conditions:

1. Since the canal is located to the north of the proposed site, a no-objection certificate should be obtained from the relevant department before development. Appropriate procedures should be followed for development works carried out along water bodies

2. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCD&BR 2019.
