ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB -SECTION 1 OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for the Highways Department to wit for Construction of Road Over Bridge at Km 0/10 of Palani Dharapuram Road in lieu of existing Level Cross No.63 at Railway Km 58/700-800 in between Palani and Udumalaipet Railway Stations in Palani Town of Palani Taluk in Dindigul District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Madurai. The following notice issued under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-Section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 4535 Sq.mts of (R.Manai ) patta lands in Palani Town to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for Construction of Road Over bridge at Km 0/10 of Palani Dharapuram Road in lieu of existing Level Cross No.63 at Railway Km 58/700-800 in between Palani and Udumalaipet Railway Stations in Palani Town, Palani Taluk of Dindigul District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, and Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Unit-3, Dindigul and may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The following notice is issued under sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for lndustrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for lndustrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 34 Sq.mtrs., (or) 365.976 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for lndustrial Purposes, to wit, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 5 - 36 - Ullagaram Metro Station'.
The plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Chennai, which may be inspected during office hours.
