conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of

the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby remits the duty chargeable

under the said Act in respect of the instrument of sale

or lease, wherein lands/sheds/buildings has been sold

or leased out for industrial use in the parks promoted

by the State Industries Promotion Corporation of

Tamil Nadu in all districts for the eligible projects in the

Technical Textiles, Manmade Fibre Yarn from recycled

materials and Manmade Fibre Fabric under the Special

Scheme for Technical Textiles, Manmade Fiber yarn from

recycled products, Manmade Fibre Fabric and Apparel

Manufacturing, 2023, which is an extension of the

Tamil Nadu Industrial Policy, 2021.

2. The Notification hereby made shall be deemed

to have come into force on the 29th day of August 2025.

I I ( 2 ) / T C R E / 1 0 4 0 / 2 0 2 5 . — W H E R E A S ,     t h e Government of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient monument specified in the Schedule below requires protection under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of the intention to declare the said ancient monuments to be protected monuments;

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient monuments before the expiry of the said period of two months will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
