In exercise of the powers conferred under section 286 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023) (hereinafter referred to as BNSS), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that in every case tried summarily, the Magistrate shall enter the particulars as required under the said section in the following form, namely :-
