In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under Sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as Notification in No.266 Part II – Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.

Variation

In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Paruthipattu Village the following expression shall be added: - "Map P.P.D. / M.P II (V) No. 86/2025

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone to Residential Use Zone is ordered in G.O.(2D). No.242, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 14.08.2025.

2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms). No.105, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated: 22.03.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. 14 at Page No. 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 13.04.2005.

Variation

In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local Planning Area, under heading V.No.69, Pagalpatti Village in Page No.157-158, the following entries of S.F.Nos.180P should be made accordingly.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" and under the sub-heading "AG-52", the expressions "S.F.No.180P" shall be deleted and the expressions "180P (Excluding S.F.Nos.180/2B1B) shall be substituted.

2. In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Consented Salem Steel Plant New Town Development Plan Consented in the G.O.(Ms). No.165, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated:13.07.2006 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No.49 at Page No.388 of Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17.12.2008.

Variation

In the Consented Salem Steel Plant New Town Development Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Steel Plant New Town Development Plan, under heading V.No.42, Idanganasalai Village in Page No.113, the following entries of S.F.Nos.92, 151, 161 & 162 should be made accordingly.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE AG-23", the expressions "S.F.No.92" shall be deleted and the expressions "92 (Excluding S.F.Nos.92/6A1, 92/6A2)" shall be substituted.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE AG-23", the expressions "S.F.No.151" shall be deleted and the expressions "151 (Excluding S.F.Nos.151/1B)" shall be substituted.

Under the heading "AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE AG-23", the expressions "S.F.No.161/2, 3" shall be deleted and the expressions "161/2 (Excluding S.F.Nos.161/2B), 3" shall be substituted.

2. உத்தேச மனையிடத்தினுள் அமைந்துள்ள தற்காலிக கூடாரத்திற்கு (Temporary shed) உரிய திட்ட அனுமதி பெறப்பட வேண்டும் அல்லது அகற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

Variation

In the Mamallapuram Master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village, Page No. 119 the following entries should be made.

1. Thaiyur Village, against the entry 1. Residential Use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.No. 1100 Before the S.No. 1102.

2. Thaiyur Village against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number 1100 shall be deleted.

2. In exercise of the powers conferred vide G.O.(2P). 253, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1] Department dated 29.08.2025. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Review Approved Tiruppur Local Planning Authority under the said act and Published in the G.O.Ms.No. 280, Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 27-10-2006 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 22nd November 2006.

Draft Variations

In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan, in the Land use Schedule, under the heading in Pudupalayam Village at page S-33, with regard to S.F. Nos. 421/2 the following entries should be made.

Under the sub heading Land use zone in the S.F. No. Against the entry of "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR-14)'' the expression "421/2'' shall be inserted before the expression "424''.

Under the sub heading Land use zone in the S.F. No. Against the entry "AGRICULTURAL USE (AG-7)'' the expression "416 to 423'', shall be Deleted and the expression "416 to 420 and 422, 423, all subdivisions of 421 except 421/2 shall be substituted.
