In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as Notification in No.266 Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.

Variation

In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Sekkanjeri Village the following expression shall be added: -

"Map P.P.D. / M P II (V) No. 87/2025 to be read with Map No: MP-II/CMA (VP) 70/2008"

Explanatory Note

(This is not part of variation. It intends to bring out the purport)

Survey Nos. 17/2A1A, 2A2, 2B1A & 17/2B1B, 27/1A, 1B, ID, 1E1, 2A1, 2A2 and 27/2A3, Sekkanjeri Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Sholavaram Panchayat Union limit classified as "Agricultural Use Zone" is now reclassified as "Residential Use Zone", subject to the following conditions:

(i) Public access to the surrounding vacant lands to be ensured while taking up development in site under reference,

(ii) Land affected by grid of road to be gifted as road to local body while taking up development at the site under reference.

Variation to the Approved Thanjavur Master Plan for the Thanjavur Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972 and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government Order Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27, Part II—Section 2, in Page No:228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification at page No:879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 11th October 1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "Thanjavur Local Planning Area, Thanjavur Corporation,"

Condition:

(1) Since the proposed site is located on the north, south and west side of the canal, appropriate procedures should be followed for developments along water bodies.

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 161. Paiyanur Village, Page No.140 the following entries should be made.

1. Paiyanur Village, against the entry 3. Industrial Use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.No: 150/2A1B, 150/3, 150/11, 150/12, 150/13, 150/14 and 150/15A1 Before the S.No:263.

No.273, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 25.09.2025.

In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms). No.105, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated:22.03.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. 14 at Page No. 168 of Part Il—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.13.04.2005.

Variation

In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local Planning Area, under heading V.No.110. Nallar lyyampatti Village in Page No.134 & 135, the following entries of S.F.Nos.23 should be made accordingly.

Under the heading "SPECIAL INDUSTRIAL AND HAZARDOUS USE" and under the Sub-heading "H.I-4". the expressions "S.F.No.23 to 25" shall be deleted and the expressions "S.F.No.23 to 25 (Excluding S.F.Nos. 23/9C2, 23/12B, 23/13A2, 23/14A2 & 23/15B) shall be substituted.

After the heading "WATER BODIES", the following heading and expression shall be added.

"COMMERCIAL USE:

S.F. No: 23/9C2, 23/12B, 23/13A2, 23/14A2 & 23/15B"

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O(2D) Ms.No.269, Housing and Urban development [UD4(1)] Department, dated: 16.09.2025 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated 07.06.2000, at Page No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 7th June 2000.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" of VILLAGE NUMBER:6 SIRUPUZHALPETTAI under the heading:

VI. AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE: instead of expression S.Nos.992pt (Except 992/2A, 992/2B, 992/3A, 992/3B) shall be substituted.

Under the Heading III-under the Sub Heading III(b)-General Industrial use Zone, Survey Numbers : 992/2A, 992/2B, 992/3A, 992/3B shall be added.
